(2) A lawyer or legal adviser validates your question and sets the price
(3) You pay using Paypal secure payment system
(4) The adviser answers your question and the answer is sent directly to your email adress.

Our French law firm BAUR & ASSOCIES, set up in Paris, Orléans and Sully Sur Loire, counsels French and foreign companies in tax law mainly and in every field of business and international laws.   What is a case number / Question State & History

When you ask a question we give you a case number. The case number enables you to follow the state of your question in the system:
(1) Question asked awaiting validation
(2) Question validated awaiting payment
(2bis) Question cancelled (refused by our lawyers or cancelled by the user)
(3) Question paid awaiting an answer
(4) Question answered and closed

Just like the login/password couple, with your email and case number you can log into our service to access to the history of your questions as well as the details of each of these questions.

  How do I attach files to my question

You can attach documents to your question. To do so, please use the form under your contact info on the homepage. You can attach up to 5 files, with a maximum size of 3MB each. The authorized files formats are : jpg, pdf, doc, xls, txt.

  What is the price of a question / Who sets the price of a question

The price of a question varies around 100 euros (taxes included) depending on the complexity of the question. The price is set by our advisers when validating your question.

  Who validates my questions / Why can my question be refused

The question is validated by our agents and advisers. A question can be refused if it is not within our qualifications or if it is incomplete or too complex to be processed here. In this case, we advise you to contact our firm directly for an appointment.

  How do I pay for the question / What is Paypal

The payment is made via Paypal secure payment system. Once the question has been validated you can proceed to the payment on Paypal page. You will then be forwarded back to the site (automatically or not) where you will get your receipt. Once the answer will have been uploaded by our advisers, you will receive it directly by email.

  How do you answer my question

The answer is given in a PDF format and contains the following sections :
